Review Of SRM House, Gamma - 2

I stayed at SRM House while attending Elecrama 2025 trade fair. It is only 20-25 mins away from expo center. Location is nice. It is home-stay like experience. It is clean and neat. Staff, Mr Manna Singh, is very helpful and cooperative. There is no restaurant near-by, so you dependent on SRM food. Homely food, but very little variety especially in breakfast. They should work on their food offerings.

"feedback for srm house: while the exterior of srm house appears well-maintained, there are several areas that require improvement inside. during my stay, i observed the following issues: - cleaning services were lacking, with noticeable dirt and dust in the room. - the dining table had old air conditioners that were not functional. - basic amenities such as glasses for drinking water, tissues, and daily essentials were missing.. "furthermore, i was disappointed to find that the charges for our stay were not justified by the quality of services provided which i believe is excessive considering the shortcomings mentioned earlier. additionally, we were asked to pay extra for breakfast, which was supposedly included in our package.

It was really a good stay for me and the staff are very good and helpful i will come back again to this hotel.

Badsmells in room low in acomodation price was too high as per room facility bed sheet and towels are too dirty

The door lock was broken. Then they provides an external lock. Dark ambience is not comfortable.

The service of the property was not as per my expectations. Location was not easy to reach and the rooms were not that impressive. Caretaker was helpful. I Am dissatisfied to stay in this property.

The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness and facilities were good. The staff was so humble and cooperative. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

This place has everything which you expect in a room completely value for money. I would not like to go anywhere else after staying at this place. Finally found a good place to stay in greater Noida.

It's not a hotel, it's a home. And here feels like home. Stay safe and well
