my experience was so good to stay here such a great place staff was very helpful the host almost very help to me and my family.... location is good nearby nearby saryu Ghat Ram ki padi 10 minute to Ram Mandir

stay was good major issue with hygiene cleanliness of rooms

The property's location is good, but no person was there to receive the guest, not even the proper reception counter. Rooms do not have curtains , no soaps bathroom accessories provided, no water bottles. There was a small boy working as a room service boy. No restaurant. food is not available nearby. I am really upset by booking this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Any responsible person from MakeMyTrip should visit this place and then they will realise the horrible situation. Really I lost trust in MakeMyTrip.

Nothing was as shown in the pics , it was a normal room with no AC and in 1 room AC was there but in non working condition , room was smelling and dust on the bed.its was dharmshala kind of room worth just RS 500 or 1000 not more. Make my trip has charged us around 5k plus . staff were ok I mean friendly.

First and foremost, what we booked was no where close to what we received, we were put in totally different property. The location of given property was pathetic, narrow lanes with monkeys jumping all over, they even snatched my medicine packet from hand. Cow Khayal in front of hotel, think 200 times before booking I won't recommend it, the owner because he told me the reason for not letting me come to his project was the geyser was not working. (silly excuse) This guy shows different picture and gives different property which is a homestay just besides Ram ki Paidi but I will rate what I booked not where I stayed.

Very bad experience. Place like a this not worth to stay. No hot water facility available and rooms are full with mosquitoes. Caretaker was clueless.

Location - Excellent locality really close to Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, other Temples and Saryu Ghat too Food- Food Quality was excellent and on time upon ordering Amenities - Amenities were adequate with excellent room and facilities Service- Services provided by all the staff especially Mr Ranjit were top notch with provision of waiting area before check in time to resolution of minor issue along with care and affection in treatment of all guest was remarkable Moreover I would recommend the location to anyone wishing to visit Ayodhya MUST GO!! Thanks 🙏

When I booked the room seen me a diffrent room like a 3star hotel but when we go there the room is terrifying rooms.And also have not ac in one room.And we connect with service center but all service exicutives are same they told me that we are looking for my problem but they also are same as gurudwara owner.And also they have not any Hotel or palace they only have a gurudwara and they fool many more persons for they heading that Sri lal Panjabi 'PALACE' How ever we are very disturbed and sad for this thing we pay like a 3star hotel price but we get a 'GURUDWARA'.we have so bad experience like never before.I think we are not going for any booking from mmt next time.
