There were so many cockroaches inside the room and there is no power back up for ac too… it was horrible experience during night and the afternoon.

Property is located very close to the temple 😊. Disappointed to know that no food is made available leave alone breakfast.For ₹5000/- night,we expected minimum amenities but a big NO.Sorry we can’t recommend the hotel to anyone.People are courteous though.Our expectations of MMT services are much higher than that.Before suggesting you make sure the hotel meets minimum standards.

Hello Mr this is only accommodation will providing, ur not pay for food,we not committed to providing the food and etc. Ra 5000 ur not giving to me ok once check, ur pay to mmt not me, what ur need amenities u have to write, bcz we already giving drinking water(hot water also providing, soap, towels so what ur need more we dnt knw, ur not a good guest for us bcz ur giving wrong information about ur self, next time don't book and come and not necessary for ur recommendations.

Their is no construction going, why r u saying lie, bedsheet also cleaned, single person not allowed, bcz here police restriction, but we giving for u bcz ur senior citizen. Room price already showed at booking time but ur r blind ?at booking time

soloBed sheets were not clean, for the price we paid it’s very average. Place can be maintained and cleaned well. With the constructions it’s not easy

Ur asking tubbath that's we don't have that, terrible place means if u see any devil in hotel, 12am(midnight)ur asking dinner that time not available hole mantralayam so we say not possible that time, we have wallet parking but didn't give ur car keys, so what is can do?

At booking time r u blind? Bcz booking time price will showing high so why r u booked?u dnt have any knowledge, already we mentioned no lift, iam not mentioned our hotel is 5star hotel. So why r u mentioned this idnt knw, Common area means at reception continuesly waking the guest's , we are also cleaning every 1hr.
Terrible Stay
One of the worst experiences to stay. No towels provided, no toiletries provided. Water in wash basin was smelling, horrible experience to end good trip visiting rayaru.

Your the worst guests for us, we providing towels&toiletries one time for 1day booking , but ur asking 3times so that is not possible, water was good with bleach powder, and u have to pay for extra 8hrs stays but ur didn't pay this is not charity. And checkout also u didn't inform at reception this is ur behave.
Terrible Stay
We booked this property as it is very near to raghavendra swamy temple within walkable distance. We booked for cost of 6000 rupees on 28 dec in this hotel. Hotel doesnot have lift facility you have to walk by stairs. So be cautious if you cannot climb stairs the hotels in mantralayam are fraud. Even if you pay 6000 rupees this hotel people will not provide you hot water for 24 hours. Hot water will be provided only from morning 6am to 9 am. So if you want to do bath after 9 am or in the evening you will not get hot water also this property does not have restaurant facility. So one need to be very careful if we are visiting mantralayam on saturday and sun-day and during holiday season. Better to visit this place during weekdays and preferably try not to stay in mantralayam so that you avoid these heavy prices for hotel rooms even auto drivers will demand more money if piligrims want to visit near by temples like bichali and panchamukhi anjaneya swamy temple. Cab divers demand more money if we want to got o kurnool. They asked 5000 rupees for cab to kurnool. Even though kurnool is 80 kms from mantralayam. In mantralayam temple even security guards will do fraud near temple darshan queue. They will take money and allow into special darshan queue. So if any one want to visit this place and avoid all these difficulties, better to visit mantralayam during non holiday season and weekdays unfortunately this spiritual center is polluted with all these kind of fraud people

I asked ur I'd ur not show. 4. 3rd time hotwater timings are already mentioned at online and reception also. 24hrs ur doing only bathroom?hahaha 5.we are not forcing to come on Saturday and Sunday to guests, u have to come on Monday or other days except weekends. 6.ur paid ? Lift work going their, lift& hotwater timings also we are mentioned at online and inside of room. Ur saying very costly Room price, R u blind at booking time . We are not forced to book, and ur checkin time 4pm but ur coming 11am but we also accepted for early checkin bcz ur coming with small kids. we have humanity. In this review that point also u have to mention that is perfect review.dnt do like this at other places.

Very Bad and damn waste for the Wort
familyBooked Two Rooms for Three adults and two children for two rooms price there is no hot water round the clock, they provided only in the morning 06.00 to 09.30 am, full night ACs are not working and room service is not good.

1.Our hotel hotwater timings 6am to 9.30am correct. We are not committed to providing 24hrs hot water . 2. Your mentioned at this review about ac do you have any that problem you have to say at reception, so why are you not say to receptionist or owner iam raghavendra property owner iam 24hrs here only.You don't know how to operate the ac we come show and solve the problem. 3.room service means what do you want need will give the service. How i know what your need. 4.your saying waste damn very bad what is the meaning haa. we are not forcing to booking the room. And once you have to read hotel policy and facility.

Good Stay
There was no television during stay, no lift. Struggled to take my daughter to first floor as she is handicap. Hot water available from 6 am hence could not able visit temple in the morning. Room cost expensive accordingly no other facilities like complementary brakefast, not kept soap brush and towel
