We booked the place one week in advance for a group of 10 persons, Booked two bedrooms this is the first time I'm booking rooms at Mantralayam and I was pleasantly surprised the host Mr Raghavendra was extremely helpful in guiding me from the minute I booked the place until we checked out, heade sure even small details like the stairs was well known to the person booking it so that nothing is a surprise now the stay itself is a home inside a colony i must say the stay itself was very clean and well maintained, Mr Raghavendra was in touch with us all throughout the stay to make sure all guests settle in, Only drawback was the spiral staircase( which is safe and usable) which was mentioned to us during booking itself so that we are aware of what to expect,

the host was very responsive and very supportive. he makes sure everything is arranged for you from the start. he keeps checking on your comfort. improvements are definitely needed but In such a small town I think he's doing an excellent job
