Front desk people are not cooperative. Rooms not clean. It’s a horrible experience. The only advantage is temple is near by. No service. No basic needs in the bath room. Not worth for the money.

it is a budget hotel, close to the Temple, about 2 minutes walk . The toilet could be cleaner.

Indeed it was good to stay very close to temple. Renovation was in progress but we're not impacted. Found it to be a decent accomodation.Room was clean, AC and hot water were available 24*7. Tea was available at gate. Only suggestion is to keep open doors and windows to avoid room smelling foul.

they haven't mentioned early check inn fee in the description at Make my trip application. I had requested in app itself but won't responded and They have over charged me for early check inn about 700 room also poor hygiene, TV was not working room service phone number not responded ☹️ they are charging ₹100 for wifi

This lodge is very close to Mantralayam temple, that’s the only advantage for the budget we pay. Hotel is under renovation currently and there is water leakage and debris everywhere. Not clean !

room was not well maintained. washroom was not hygienic. Only paid wifi was available.

Insects were in camode they don’t even provide soap or towel.dripping water from roof direct on your mid bed. smell all over.no WiFi.staff are extremely rude.irresponsible owner to take customer concern.Avoid this hotel.dirty buckets.smelly tap water.bed bugs.stinky beds.pillows stinky.uncleaned floor.cockroaches in bathroom.

Very close to temple just a min walkable. Nice hotel I suggest travellers to choice this

This is my 4th time staying in this lodge, for the first time I had a very terrible experience. The bed is not clean. Switch boards are broken. mat was not there. manu problems. I felt very bad sorry to say this.

Towels are not provided. Check out at 6AM is horrible for any person to get up early morning. He demanded me 1000 for token advance. The person is not agreed extension for 30 minutes. This hotel has charged too much money. But he failed to provided the services. Towels are not provided. They took 1000 advance for me. Early morning 6 AM check out doesn’t following the hotel standards. Service boy/girl is not available in hotel. They told me if I delay 30 minutes they will deduct amount from the token advance. Hotel is not hygienic.

Everything is very good , but fare is quite high.

Except for its location near the temple, The building is still under construction, room ceiling was broken, and the bedding with old pillows, bedsheets, and blankets was uncomfortable. No free Wi-Fi provided. Overall, very poor maintenance might be due to large number of pilgrims . might be good after construction, Good thing is Parking and lodge manager is much helpful.

1 minute walk to the temple They have car parking which can accommodate up to 10 cars. And thats about it. There is no room service for coffee or food etc. Plus they charge Rs.100 for Wi-Fi. 1 shared router per floor. Since it is too much crowded area your mobile reception won’t be good. They send a separate terms & condition which will clearly state that even if there is a delay in the checkout by an hour they will charge in return no matter what the check in time is. And their check out time is 6am. Grace period is 30min. we ensured to check out before that. They specifically collect deposit of Rs.1000/- in cash for the purpose of deducting at the time of late checkout. There was an another family who was shouting due to the deduction as they were late by an hour. And the staff out right asked me for tips for their no room service. I mocked them still tipped them because they are just following orders.

The property location was so near to the Temple, and it was hastle free. The staff were friendly. The premium room which we stayed in was so comfortable. But the washroom wasn't well maintained. The pressure of the flush was very low, and hence, that wasn't comfortable to use. Anyway we could manage for a day. Overall experience there was good except for the washroom issue.
