Nice clean place for a stopover

I stayed there with my family as a stopover on my way to manali. The location was good, near the highway and had a decent view. Breakfast was decent. Clean rooms and washroom, and courteous staff. The swimming pool was not usable, water was dirty. But overall a good place for stopover.

Overpriced, disturbed in the midnight via call to turn down the tv volume while remote was not working. Food was really really really awesome 1000/10.

Good location. Good infrastructure. Lawn not maintained at all. Not kids friendly. Lacks maintenance. Restaurant dysfunctional. Most of the items not available. No kids menu. Breakfast spread very very poor.

coupleLocation is good. Food is terrible; had to return the dish and slept on an empty stomach. Even the breakfast buffet - if you can call 2 dishes buffet - was terrible. Even the tea was spoiled. Couldn't sleep at night since a gang of men were shouting, screaming, and playing loud music till 3 a. M. They were smoking in the common corridors. Even after notifying the hotel staff they couldn't do anything. It's a 'chapri' place. The rooms are basic with poor design. Everything about the place is bad. Especially considering the pricing of the rooms, this hotel is terrible. Please do yourself a favour and chose another place for your stay.

Again, It's concerning to hear that the dining options did not meet your expectations. Hence, as a small concession from our side, we allowanced the entire amount for food and beverages. Still, we strive to provide a peaceful environment and regret that we fell short. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, as we continuously work on improving our services. familyVery beautifully located property. Supt clark's was a good experience. The staff from front office to kitchen to room service were super efficient and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Food was very tasty. We had tried many non veg dishes. All turned out to be tasty. In the morning we had to leave very early, so we requested to pack our breakfast from buffet. As we didn't had time to eat. The restaurant staff packed very nicely our breakfast, which i couldn't forget. With small details like juice and water, what we didn't requested. I felt like my family packed my lunch for our journey. Thanks supt clark's team

familyA nice property near pandoh dam. Scenic views of the town. We took a half here on our way to manali. Rooms are clean and maintained. Good facilities like games room and pool. Some nice sightseeing spots around if you have time. Food menu was nice but could be better.
