Review Of SPOT ON Sangam House

It is the most terrible place to live in. Absence of Hygiene No Drinking water. I paid for 3. But they gave bed only for 2. No cupboards for keeping our belongings. No shower. Very rude staff and complete bunch of liars. I paid for 2 days. It wasn't even worth Rs 1000 . Extremely upset . Please refund me my amount and give a sorry note officially in mail. Hence forth I shall never ever Book . Absolute terrible than a slum facility.

Not at all worth the tariff. They should charge not more than 2000 per night as basic facilities not provided by the hotel staff. Water Tap not working. No hot water, full of mosquitos. A below average experience.

We reached at 11pm they told that your booking is canceled, after arguing they give us 3rd class room

it was clean room with proper bed, clean bathrooms. also the location was near to sangam. the owner and the team there are extremely helpful. they arranged for bikes at short notice to take us to Airport, Sangam . they are out of our way to help us with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting prayagraj for Kumbh

We paid for three nights for an ordinary hotel who would charge us only 12000 if contacted directly. I m utterly disappointed.

hotel has all amenities. There was nothing except bed inside room. No hot water, no ac, no electric kettle to name a few. It was totally misguiding on the facts told and the actual facilities mentioned . There was no restaurant attached and had to depend on outside food and zomato

No amenities, no geyser, no tv, no ac, all the things which were mentioned on mmt while booking room were not given. It was very disappointing

the property is a house converted into a hotel, No amenities, no hot water, very far from the Triveni and was overlooked so you are not sure if room will be allotted to you or not. best thing is to spend one or two nights on the Triveni ghat. it is absolutely free but request pl stay there for two to three days and take positive energies from Sadhus. great even by UP government and Modiji.

My experience was really very bad. First my hotel has been changed on the commitment that they will provide better hotel and room. I face lot of problems while coming to hotel. After entering into hotel when i shaw the room it was very small and bed sheet and room was not clean. Earlier guest who check out clothes was also in room it shows they didn’t clean the room. I came to prayagraj only for mahakumbh. When i came to hotel after taking the dip in sangam they didn’t open the door for almost 30 minutes despite giving so many call at different number given by them. We already told them at time we will go and come back to hotel. This hotel room is not even worth for 2000- tariff. They didn’t even given tea kettle and basic toiletries. I am really disappointed and will not suggest this hotel to anyone
