    Terrible Stay

    I had booked a room in spot on mukkom tourist home for 15. 09. 2024 and 16. 09. 2024 ( 2 days) on 08. 09. 2024 and paid the amount of rs. 1437- through makemy trip application. The copy of receipt is attached. But when we reached the hotel (spot on mukkom tourist home) they said they have not taking any booking from this application for the last few years and they refused to give room as they did not the payment. We were so much tired of by travel-ling more than 400 kms so we are forced to give money again for the room. When we contact the customer care service we did not get any support from them. As we did not get your service refund the money as early as possible.
