Review Of SnowPod

My only reason to be in chopta was this snowpod.

Big liar. I booked a suit but they offered me another room and charged me the same amount. I booked 2 nights but i left the very next day. Staff is arrogant. Worst experience ever

Displayed pictures of igloo shaped room category and while checking-in they told us that this category is not listed and finally they gave us other sub-standard room.

The staff was rude and threatened us for calling the police for their aggressive behavior. Eventually we had to call the police and file a complaint for the threats made

The property is located in a peaceful area and it was easy to locate. The property was clean and the facilities were good. The rooms were comfortable there. I tried food during my stay and it was really good. Overall this property is ideal for a couple stay.

The food was not properly served nor cooked evenly. They need to improve their arrangements and management. Location was hard to find but the locality was superb. The accommodation was nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Staff were helpful.

The location was good, but not as the expectations. The cottages with the mountain view were under renovation so had to book another cottage which had a fine view, but it was sandwiched by two other cottages on the Side. On one Side there were some youngsters who were partying late at night, which was not expected. So the property should make some policy for loud music till 10 or 10:30. Apart from that, it was fine. The food, the hospitality was also fine, have no complaints about that. It was a very comfortable and luxurious cottage. The food was good and the staff was well behaved.

The room was good but the room/cottage was at the second floor level and the front view was absent with another cottage in front. Though we checked in very late. The room was not fully ready for moving in. It took some time for the same to get ready. However, the staff including the manager were very courteous and very helpful. Food was decent. Since our car had a puncture, the hotel sent a rescue car immediately to pick us up though by then we had the car repaired and started moving. For the price of very high amount and more, the property was expensive.
