Be honest, अगर स्टे की बात करे तो बहुत अच्छा होटल है, ambience, रूम space, स्टाफ मैनेजमेंट, मैनेजर बहुत अच्छे है और अंडरस्टैंडिंग पर्सन है, खाना अच्छा है यहां का मैने सुबह का नाश्ता करा जिसमें आलू पूरी का स्वाद बहुत अच्छा लगा । अगली बार ऑफिशियल विजिट पे यही होटल बुक करना चाहूंगा ।। मेरे अकॉर्डिंग 5 ⭐ है पूरे।

Terrible Stay
we take MAP plan during my stay food quality is very poor and same very unhygienic food. Brake fast have less options. please do not stay here in future

And one more thing we would like to add as a request we have already mentioned on the online platform that we use to serve thali as a main meal in MAP Plan and as discussed with you over the call you have requested to the room service guy to change the taste as you were staying with us for 2-3 days and in spite of this you got the same taste that was the point but how it become with poor quality, very unhygienic food? How it come you are suggesting publicly not to stay with us just because we have not change the menu in MAP Plan. Please do let us know if we can be of any assistance at any time. Terrible Stay
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, hoping things would improve — but it only got worse. The staff is unprofessional, and the manager sets a terrible example by constantly chewing gutkha and behaving in a completely unhygienic manner. Hospitality is nonexistent and there’s a constant sense of discomfort in the environment. Despite having paid and checked in, I cancelled my remaining stay and moved to another hotel - that’s how unpleasant the experience was. If you care about basic respect, hygiene, and peace of mind, please avoid this hotel.

coupleWe booked the hotel while travel-ling to gaya from delhi, the hotel food is very good, they have enough space for parking, general manager of the hotel is well behaved person, but management need to revamp the hotel as it is running under maintenance which is not good. So, on the basis of condition of rooms i would like to rate it as average.
