The hotel is very near to the railway station and right next to the bus terminal. The property is cleaner than other hotels in Azamgarh. It could be more cleaner for example the long cloth for bed decoration was dirty and the toilets can be more cleaner. Check in was smooth but the reception staff during check out was cold and disinterested. The food was very good. Overall nice stay with few areas of improvement.

The property have another building were they made me stay , which have zero service because nobody available their you serve. I guess it is made for wedding purpose. You have walk more than 300 metre just to come on reception. No lift working in this building intercom not connect with reception and emergency service. U can't connect over call also because of network issue. They will charge you over MRP for unconsumed amenities.

Hotel deteriorated its hospitality and customer service. I booked a premium room but it was ordinary. Broken bolts of cupboard, broken fitting in washroom,torn bed-sheet, torn sofa cover and no bathroom door mat observed. After demanding towel only one towel provided for 3 guests. Second thing there is no body at reception to take your call for room service and other requirements. They have provided one mobile number as number of reception. If u call them and it it is attended then they take your order and give it to Restaurent. Then your order will be processed. It took too long. Overall rating is unsatisfactory and the premium room which I booked should kept in the catagory of ordinary room.

This property has rooms in two different blocks. Our so called premium rooms were in a block in which marriage ceremony was going on. You hardly get to sleep in loud music. Their housekeeping was extremely poor. Small demands took lot of time to get serviced. Lift was locked after end of marriage function. They ignored that premium guests were also staying. We had to get down through stairs. In all it was a disappointing experience. There is a lot to write about. On plus side, rooms were pretty large in area and well furnished.
