I love it. Too amazing for family

The facilities provided are not as per expectations as compared to the price charged. There is no water purifier, microwave, utensils for cooking which were mentioned in the amenities. Everything had to be requested from the owner's house. The only good thing about the property is the service provided by vikas.

We travel-led as 5 member group with my wife and parents. Rooms were ok, one large room and one medium sized rooms. Rooms could have better ventilation. Both the rooms had no sunlight and minimum ventilation. Ac was noisy and was difficult to sleep at night. No parking and location is inside narrow lanes. (even narrow for 2 wheelers. They also provide food options thali for rs 150 which seemed bit over priced compared to quantity and options served. This is optional and people can opt out. Caretaker vikas was good and helped with suggestions to move around the city.

Best service provider, friendly behaviour, support all around

Great stay experience in shri heritage. All members are very supportive. Stay like home atmosphere. Mr tripathi ji was very supportive. This place is near assi ghat. All market places near this hotel. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

as i told earlier too .. the host or the heritage owner is a very sweet .. caring... and responsible person .. this is a place very safe of ladies who independently do sole tourism .. 👌👌nice safe place with good homely food.. it's not for the discount that i mentioned... its the true quality of the place and person incharge that i complimented ... one sentence ..' it's safe, homely, authentic and nice place '.

The room was very small n cozy. There were no cleaning services. We have booked the hotel for 26/12/2021-28/12/2021. On 27/12/2021 night, the guest owner locked the main door at the time of 8. 30 pm and they have gone for their personal work. We were stuck there at the guest house and we couldn't even go for dinner also. When I called them they told me they can't able to go back right now. They need 3-4 hours' time. The total time we were stuck-ed into that place. This is the most ridiculous experience I have had in my entire life. I will not prefer this guest house again

One humble abode. Neat and clean ! the staff members are cordial and prompt.

Felt like home. Safety and hygiene were up to the mark.

No attached washroom. Common washroom for 2 rooms. And no parking available. Staff is good and friendly. It is near assi ghat walking distance to ganga aarti.

It's okay for us and will recommend to other customers.

This is our business trip but rate wise hotel is ok

On walking distance from the bank of the holy river at Assi ghat. Good cooperating behavior and nice service👍. Anyone will find it worthy.

Everything is good but no parking here and no attached washroom. After 10 pm gate become close.
