As a solo traveler, I initially faced issues checking in, as the hotel staff stated they don’t allow solo guests. After showing my booking confirmation, the manager made several phone calls to verify if they could provide me a room. It took about 10 minutes of waiting at the reception and sharing booking screenshots via WhatsApp before I was finally given a room. The room itself was decent, and the washroom was clean, but there were several inconveniences: no drinking water was provided, no assistance was offered to carry my luggage to the first floor (no elevator available), the TV in the room didn’t work, and hot water was only available for a limited time. Additionally, I found out the room typically costs but I was charged+ GST through MakeMyTrip.
