Over all property is neat and clean Breakfast should have included in tarrif.

The property is family friendly and the host is very helpful. He can guide you well if you are new to the city.

It was fantastic property for family stay with all necessary amenities for self cooking as well. Most importantly Host Mr. Vinayak Katke was so friendly and super supportive for all our needs. If someone wants to spend time pleasantly with family this would be the best option to stay! The location is very close to all the requirements.

Good and safe place to stay for family.We just stayed a night as traveling to Mahabaleshwar.But if you are expecting like facilities like hotel ex wifi etc won’t be possible would have been great if it would be there but we r ok but kids needed tv to watch ipl . Owner Vinayak was there to help anything required like where to go for dinner ,places and any issues he s always there to take care .If I visit anytime would like to be there.

We stayed at this Home stay for 1 and half day . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Kitchen utensils amd kithen accesories helped us to prepare morning tea.

The host is very humble and made the property very easy for us to reach, giving directions, mapping, and even, having made a call to us. The property is very neat and tidy, friendly to use as well.

We had a great experience to stay at katkes homestay, it's absolutely feeling like we had stay at our home, and mr vinayak guided us all best things to visit dev darshan and he is very polite to talk with and entire home is very nee t and clean.

We stayed at katke's homestay for the first time. Just booked by checking the reviews on mmt. It was an excellent experience starting from the moment we reached there. The owner mr. Vinayak katke was kind enough to get in touch with us about our whereabouts and warmly welcomed us. The place had homely vibes. The flat was very clean and tidy and had all the required amenities. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely prefer to book katke's homestay in our next visit also.

Overall stay was very good. Owner of the property is very nice person and very helpful. Property is excellent only thing is lacking is property is situated very inside in the city but travel-ling options available also owner gives contact number of auto driver or cab driver as per your need. And installing wifi will improve customer satisfaction more. Overall good experience it feels like home to stay here.

Fantastic hosting by mr vinayak. Seamless check in, despite being at odd hour. He was prompt in his services, and helped us with local recommendations. House is clean, cozy & comfortable. Easy connectivity to main city side by autorickshaws. Swiggy delivery available! would recommend 10/10.

The homestay was excellent choice for stay. Clean and decent rooms and washrooms. The property is 1bhk flat fully equipped. Gave a vrry homely feeling during the stay. Mr. Vinayak katke supported us very well not just for the stay but also for travel-ling concerns.

It's a clean, neat 1 bhk arrangement as a homestay located on the first floor. Owner mr katke is always reachable and support for needs. A good kitchen has all amenities for short cook eatings. Indeed a good option for family.

Excellent stay. Rooms are very clean. Towels, bedsheets are clean. The host is very helpful. The place is very secure the host stays in the same building hence you are taken care well. The bathrooms are also clean and they provide hot water 24 hrs. Overall a very good stay. You can stay here with a family or friends.

It’s 1 bhk apartment, perfect for family stay. Having all basic amenities like induction, basic utensils, fridge, etc. Apartment is clean and good ventilation. Host mr katke is very helpful and prompt. If you are planning to explore solapur, pandharpur, tuljapur and akkalkot. It’s best place to stay.
