location was great and you can enjoy nature in solitude The Staff along with the manager was extremely warm and had a feeling...was like my own family just opposite to the entrance of Central Zone of kaziranga only the kitchen and the availing a variety of food is limited

The rooms were not good coupled with the fact that the bathroom condition was worst. The breakfast provided was not good, they served only oily puri and vegetable and suji. Overall it's my earnest request to please look into the matter and take some action against this.

Insects all around and extremely late dinner service. Overall stay was fine/average but scope of improvement.

A suite was booked @4500 which included breakfast. Room was not a suite ofcourse. Furniture and finishing were terrible. Smelly. Washroom was horrible

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very large. And the plus point is it is situated very close to the safari point and you can book the safari directly from the hotel.

The property is very good, well managed, clean, and tidy. Staffs are very cooperative and supportive. Kids play area available. Lawns and gardens are well maintained. Food options are plenty and very tasty. Though the price of food is on the higher side but portions or quantity is more. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are hygienic. Situated just beside aranya hotel and close to jeep safari booking counter. They can arrange jeep and elephant safari booking for the guests if required. Recommend

Premises is near the central range office. Rooms are good, there is a scope to improve the amenities, furniture and decore. Food varieties options are limited w. R. T menu

People are good, the hotel location is good, little improvement is required in cleanliness more and the property looks old colouring and all should be done. Major revamp required in infra changes of hotel

Booked a suite and normal room. Normal room didn't have ac, table, dustbin, intercom, electric kettle, complementary tea coffees. Suite bed linens were dirty had to ask to replace it, wardrobe handle was broken. Windows were not closed properly when handed over, lock system wasn't working properly. Construction debris were lying in backyard. Top floor wastage water dropping just outside ground floor. They charged for additional water bottles

Room 2 books, didn't allow check in at 4pm, though check in time is 2 pm. Made us wait half an hour. In one room tv not working, and water heater not working. Hotel didn't rectify the issue. Corridor infront of room is still under control construction. Doors do not have lock from inside. Had to lock by using the key. Two door almirah present in room, one door does not open as the same is kept locked by a nail. Over all not a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff is very supportive, food is also good, however there is lots of scope in improvements of services of olive restaurant.

Small property. Rooms are small but clean. Restaurent is horrible. Dont order food from restaurant. Biffet breakfast menu average but considering the room charges of below 5000 per day, acceptable. Not even having a room heater if you feel cold as all heaters were out of order. Anjana the main manager of hotel was really very nice. Overall property is good considering price you are paying

The manager and his team really take care of you. Food was average. Place was comfortable. Very friendly people. Saw them putting their soul into the work they do

It is although well located at the heart of kaziranga where most of these guest houses are located. Newly built but has nonfacilities at all just a two member staff

Clean place & good restaurant food, frequently power failure, tv not working

On reaching the reception we were astonished to know that they does not provide any food or lodging for our driver. Everything is chargeable. After some discussions they arranged a bed in the hall room, and food was chargeable. This should be written in the description. Otherwise ok, food was good, enjoyed.

Nice and comfortable stay. We went there on anniversary, they given us complimantry cake. Staff behaviou was very nice. Nice resort, location was good but food qulity was not good they should improve it. Overall it was nice stay.
