Very bad 😞. Experience

Difficult to find. Not a very good staff response. No refund initiated.

We cancel-led stay at this hotel due to road closed one day before. As per policy guidelines amount should be refunded but hotel representative has suggeted to take another 5 hrs long alternate road to reach instead of refund. He did not care about refund policy. He does not understand the problem. Make my trip representive also agreed on theproblem but unable to help due to owner behaviour. I hope mmt will duelist his property from their portal.

My parents stayed at this property for 2 days and tried to spend as much time possible outside it. Bathroom was shared with other guests and had very bad drainage system. The passage to the bathroom was also very narrow and fenced on the one side by barbed wire. Approach road to the property is also very narrow. There was only one helper to attend to all guests. Overall a very bad experience.

There was no food available at the property, same has been arranged from nearby shop

Difficult to locate, in a small alley. No parking facility for car. No heating arrangements except for the heavy rajai. Food is to be ordered from limited choice restaurant, delivery delayed. Bathroom is outside the room, if it rains be ready to get wet. Had to request for drinking water which was provided hot though. Bathroom has geyser but towel and soap was provided after requesting. Room had multiple beds. Power cut is frequent. Caretaker is the owner himself, available at phone as he is at work in daytime. So with not much expectations, as i said just expect a place to sleep, oh just forgot to tell this place has monkeys too

Good stay for family, all amenities available, good host, nice view

From the location, to the facilities and to the hygiene, everything was good. In addition to that, the owner was very warm and well-behaved. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking out for a budget hotel with good services.

Hospitality and ambiance were awesome. Staff was helpful and polite. The property location was very easy to find. Clean and cozy room with the basic facilities. Property was completely value for money.

The property was in the market place. The restaurants were nearby. They also provide food. I availed the meal, it was good in taste. Staff was supportive. Room was good and clean. Overall, it was a good stay.

Our two day stay here. Was an amazing experience, the owner showed a great hospitality. And yes the view from the terrace is mesmerising.
