Poor Stay
The staff was rude and the management was so mismanaged . Everything had to be told to them as to do this do that , provide toiletries . The owner was charging very high rates as we got late by 1 hr during checkout. Just hated it

If you booked a room a day in advance then that charge is not taken from you.You are saying that the staff was bad, your father blessed everyone and invited them to come to your home in Lucknow.You did not even talk to the owner, you told that a lot was charged, how can you tell this, because of you we remained open the whole night, the entire staff could not sleep because of you people.You must have seen the check-in timing on the site, then how can you say this?
