good but improvisation is required with kitchen facilities, we cannot always go outside for tea coffee and food, even zomato Swiggy were there.

Highly priced, not value for money
Good hotel but slightly overpriced as conpared to amenities & services they have. Huge scope in improving cleanliness & heigen. Quality of Linens, towels & bathrooms can be improved. No restaurant, no breakfast - still charging 3000+++ is not worth in a city like Akola. positives : location (near railway station), polite staff, big size rooms. Negatives: Small washroom, Dirty corners in washroom, High price

Terrible Stay
no water in washroom. Terrible quality of staff . ( they were basically sweepers) Zero maintenance. no courtesy. MMT should delete this hotel & get me full refund

However calling staff by pathetic and dirty terms is not what we expect from our guests. We understand that all of these complaints were majorly done to avail refund. It was an amazing experience the hotel room was so comfortable I was hesitated by the Google reviews but honestly it was an amazing stay the hotel room was amazing everything was perfect cleanliness ambience everything... The hotel staff was so polite I am completely impressed by their hospitality. We checked in late at night it was completely hassle free they also arranged tea for us even at night around 12:30am. They are not having restaurant but still they arrange the breakfast for us. Overall Fantastic experience

Nice choice for first time visitors
Location is on walking distance from railway station. Its 2 kms away from central bus stand. It was a great experience. I felt safe and secure. Staff was polite

Average Stay
There is no restaurant we asked for tea without sugar and it took almost one and half hour to get the tea. Service is also slow location is good.

It is mentioned on the portal.The room is equipped with kettle to prepare tea coffee with tea bag,coffee sachets, sugar available free of cost.Also the location is just outside railway station so it is highly unlikely that it would have taken so much time. Average Stay
Hygiene of the property could be improved. Bed linen was very dirty. We had to ask for the change in linen. Lot of hair and dirt on the bed.

Terrible Stay
The room was good, but since we had 3 members they should have give us a room with double bed instead of two single beds. This left no space for the mattress. The quality of extra mattress was terrible, there was no battery in air conditioner remote which when we asked the staff told us to switch contioner off from the main plug. We could not change the temperature. The staff was not professional they dragged our suitcase through stairs rather than carrying it. There was no restaurant and no option for tea. The electric cattle was dirty which they did not replace even when we asked
