We have booked sea view room but provided backside room..

Negative Points 1) Untrained staff - they don't know how to speak / respond We waited for 2 hours for tea milk sachets - answer by Receptionist - "room service guy hasn't come how will I send it to your room ,once he comes ill send 2) Same limited menu - morning chef was good, evening cheff made same food terrible - we returned the uncooked dal & roti the head chef said " i am international cook , Don't question me" - v rude behavior 3) Hot water stopped at 10 am 4)A C not working 5) Wifi not proper Positives - Nice Clean Big Room

Seven Hills Pamban Island Resort is nothing. Rooms are filthy, AC useless, bathrooms stink, and pests crawl around. Staff are rude, lazy, and definitely not multilingual as they falsely claim. No laundry service is provided, yet they shamelessly threaten to fine guests for washing clothes in the room — absolute nonsense, especially for pilgrims whose clothes get dirty after rituals. No WiFi poster, no working internet, no complimentary drinks, not even a basic newspaper. The so-called “beach resort” doesn’t even have a beach nearby — Food is overpriced garbage, and service is slower. Management is arrogant and careless. This place is a trap — avoid it like the plague.

Food definately No, although stay is near by temple but north worth staying !! Zero on value of money spent specially for family !! Zero for Room service &Average on Room cleanliness

Pleasant stay with nearby beach and nice location from main temple.price is bit higher and need more attention on maintance with active staff members.food was nice and tasty

Stay Rooms are far below standard. stinking and customers are not attended. Restaurant offering is just the basis and needs improvement in taste and quality. Management has offered best infrastructure and location but Customer Service, House keeping needs change. without tipping no one works. Embarrassing when you visit with family.

no hot water rest room stinks they don't know the room size, they gave me a 110sq ft, first and then I had to ask for the room I booked no one helps with bags to the room, person who showed us, treat me like I am an employee.. long face, one word answers in response to simple asks. mosquitos.. faulty main door broken door handles

Goodstay and food. Jain options also available. They changed the room after our feedback. Some rooms have terrible bathrooms but some have decent bathroom. Their service wasn't good but otherwise its a decent property

Property was good but need more facilities. Staff was cooperative, need more upgrades on food and menu and room cleansiness . Ample parking space good location

The location, staff everything was beyond amazing. The food was too good. Near to all temples and has a sea view and all water sports are nearby. Surely recommend anyone visiting Rameshwaram.

Terrible terrible experience. We paid in full for 2 nights but checked out next morning itself due to the sick condition of the hotel room. Starting from the name everything about this hotel that is presented is incorrect. Unclean, torn beds and pillows, sinking beds, stinking bathrooms, dirty floors. We asked for water, they did not even give water. Absolutely zero service. You are shown to your room and that is it. This hotel is not even worth 3k per night but they charge so expensive. Absolutely not worth it.

Location was good with sea breeze..can make improvement in housekeeping and in dining service timings should be extended for 24/7 Restaurant buffet

Horrible staff. They wanted to fix my room lock at 10 PM in the night. I had to drive them out of the room. The property is located well and is in good condition too. But the staff behaviour is pathetic. In the restaurant, at the lobby, the room service.. you name i. Hopeless!! I'll not even want to give them 1 Star!!

housekeeping diesn’t exists, the bed sheets were torn and were not replaced, rooms were dirty and size of rooms was very small ! Overall a very sad experience !

The experience here was not good. The staff here is very rude. The food service is very slow. The restaurant manager named "Srinivasan" was very rude. He started shouting at us. Also, during breakfast , on complaining we received reply stating this is why we have. The attitude of staff is very rude specially the restaurant staff. The vadas served were burnt.
