Hotel Strawberry Grand

They have given me the proper timing of check in, a neat and clean room, provided the car parking in front of the residence. In future they can give separate cat parking.

It's a good hotel. It is clean rooms. Very peaceful area and hotel is located in the residential area so very calm. It's a greenish. Only thing is staff should be little bit polite

Bathrooms and even rooms had terrible gutter smell. complained , they sprayed some freshener but it is back to square one. Very bad experience. Another point, they informed while booking that they will adjust extra persons as we have another room booked after 12 same day, but the day before reaching they had communicated that they will charge 300pp, that is also for a smelly room.

The location was pretty close to the temple. The rooms were very spacious and very hygienic. The staff were quite courteous to their work and they were very helpful . Yeah we enjoyed our stay.

The experience with hotel Strawberry Grand was good. It is very near to the Rameshwaram temple which is a plus point. The staff were very supportive and always ready to help. Additionally, I think the hotel can provide breakfast as well in future. If that is possible it would be great. This is just a suggestion. Overall I had a good experience here.

Rooms are clean. Good response from staff. Nice stay. Added advantage is parking opposite to lodge. Near to sea and temple. Autos are available plenty in front of the hotel. Non AC needs cupboard or storage.

My Stay at Strawberry Grand was very comfortable. Clean rooms. Clean toilets. Clean bedsheets. Satisfied with the hotel stay and service.

small rooms. we got the room towards the main road. cudnt sleep at all. there is a small temple nearby playing devotional music full day on loudspeaker. from 3.30 am the vehicles start jamming the main road honking all the time. Rooms are not sound proof. will not recommend.

The hotel manager is quite courteous and professional, and the rooms are well-maintained and clean. Its close proximity to the temple is a major advantage. However, the staff could be more cooperative, and it was disappointing to be asked for a tip while checking out.
