My recent visit to this hotel was a deeply disappointing experience, leaving me with a strong sense that we grossly overpaid for what we received. While the staff were humble and did their best, their efforts were completely overshadowed by significant and unacceptable operational failures.
The biggest issue was the absolutely dreadful food. It was served smelling bad and had no discernible flavor, making it entirely inedible. The state of the property also did not match the price tag. For instance, the main entrance gate was unstaffed, requiring guests to open and close it themselves, which is not what you expect when paying a premium.
Our disappointment continued with the private pool, which was advertised as a premium feature. It was filthy and uninviting, so much so that we didn't feel comfortable using it. Despite our repeated requests to have it cleaned, nothing was done. The overall service was painfully slow, and it was clear that operations at the property are severely lacking.
In short, the property's condition and the services offered do not justify the price. This hotel is not worth more than , and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere.
