Location and premise is good but cottage amenities are or average quality.

let's go to the topiclocation is goodgreenary is goodi stayed in 4 bed cottagedoors are tricky. They only provide 2 medimix soap and towelsno brush paste, no shampoo. Cockroach also welcome you, ants and different types of spider host you nicely. Blankets smelling badly. All the walls are wet from inside. Washroom had its own horrible storyno water pressure even in a jet spray. Rest you can imagine. Food is eatable. But very very limited options in breakfast. Window curtains had wet and black stains like fungus. No phone for reception or room service. You have to come out of cottage and shout for any assistance. i got very average or below average services

Service, food was good, and bed linen, bathroom was clean. However room carpets, curtains sofa covers were dirty and smelly. The walls were wet and spoiled due to rains. So it was smelly. Needs improvement.

I chose this place as no other 2 or 3 star options were available and was very much prepared for poorly maintenaned property. I would recommend harsh vardhan in, if you get it. Food wasn't that great either on my stomach. I would say avoid and get a better resort if you can.

Awesome hospitality and easily accessible location in a beautiful place. Well behaved and helpful staff. Food was delicious and good in quality. Room was well maintained and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Tv is not working, room heater didn't worked. Food is not upto standard. Service is not great.

It was our family trip. The location was easily accessible. The caretaker was helpful. The food was delicious. They should maintain the property as the rooms were little damp, no room service was available at the property. The network was also not available at the property.

Excellent location close to Hurricane Point and Government Botanical Garden, good food, cooperative staff and good tasty food.

Smelly rooms, bad room conditions, danger for families, unhygienic and bad food, only plus is the behavior of manager.

The stay was just about okay. The staff was very friendly and highly responsive, though we had a issue with billing. The resort itself is in a very nice location, with lot of greenery around. But given the cost the amenities could be much better. Also the maintenance of structures were very poor. We had to request for change of bed covers and pillow as the same were stained and dirty. Overall keep up of the property leaves a lot to desire. Power supply is a concern as the resort does not have any generator and given the mosquito issues this was a problem as there were power outing on more than 1 occasion. Food was quite okay for the place, though the free breakfast was not worth (mentioning) anything. Being a resort there could be some basic recreational amenities, (but there is none) which leaves you with no activities. However the place was quite & peace full. Chickaldara itself being a very small place all attractions were within the walking distance, though there were not many.

It was a very good stay. The staff was well behaved. There was only current and network issues. Apart from that everything was good.
