Room cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found dirty sheets, trash left behind, etc. Staff behavior: The front desk staff was unhelpful, rude, unresponsive to complaints. Noise levels was to high There were no security in hotel

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was neat and clean, the staffs were punctual and really helpful, the food was freshly made and delicious but above everything, the view from our room was spectacular. Highly recommend this place.

We found the hotel to be clean and organized. The staff was helpful and prompt to solve any issues that one might face. Food was freshly prepared by chef suraj and had the home-cooked goodness. The balcony view is wonderful. Will surely choose this hotel for future visits.

Though this hotel is about 5 kms away from bhimakali temple, yet the hotel location gharaat village is peaceful and staff is very cooperative and helping. Food charges are slightly on higher side but food is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained with excellent wooden decorative work.
