Review Of Sanns Tropicana.

I had a really pleasant stay at Sanns tropicana.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting

Located on Highway , easily accessible to different locations, room and cleanlines are ok, price they charge is high, which is not worthy for the service provided.

Comfort, mattress, towel not cleaning properly. Not hygienic. Bathroom maintenance also very poor.

The room service was not available. We had to change our rooms without being informed. We were not provided with extra pillows or mattresses. The television was not working.

On fooding no room services i book another room dated15/09/24 but manager tell me we cancel the room but i am not any estimate about it

Clean rooms, walkable distance from main road. My guest had a pleasant stay.

Room is too small and price is high

The hotel infrastructure is really good but customer service is bad. The management must appoint polite & educated staff. Overall, we were dissatisfied.

No supported staff and very poor housekeeping no flash working of toilets no water bottle very congested room.

No food available as the staff was on leave.

The management is not good at all they are so rude and had worst service

Lack of staff, bad behavior with customer, very small rooms, poor room service. I would suggest not to stay here.
