Review Of Sai Palace Inn

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive. My room and the bathroom were both spotless and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly good and always ready to assist with a smile. They were very helpful throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly and a genuinely good person. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel also ensures that water is available at all times, which was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is very near to super hospital. For those who enjoy good food, the hotel restaurant offers great meals. I would definitely stay here again!

When my father arrived at the hotel reception they said the hotel's rooms were fully booked and it was a mistake on makemytrip's end blaming makemytrip service was poor and they were not responsible for it. To book another room on the spot they asked to pay extra money which is completely unplanned from our side. It was disappointing as it made my father wait in the lobby and until i paid the extra money they did not allow room.

The picture shown mis-led me thoroughly. Very unhygienic and not livable. Had to book a different hotel for stay.
