Disgusting Rooms: We booked their "Glass Room," which is literally a joke! It’s a cheaply thrown-together terrace room with low-quality windows that barely close, letting all the bugs and creepy crawlies in. The curtains reeked of mildew, stained with what looked like FUNGUS! It’s like they haven't been washed in months!
Insect-Infested, Rotten Conditions: Cockroaches everywhere, insects crawling on the bed, and the bedsheets looked like they’d been used for 10 days straight. And guess what? They had the audacity to provide EXPIRED coffee and sugar pouches.
No Attached Bathroom: Imagine paying so high and having to go OUTSIDE for the toilet. There’s no bathroom in the "Glass Room"—you need to walk outside. Completely unacceptable.
Horrifying Service: The caretaker made us feel like we were being held hostage. The moment we raised concerns, they started getting aggressive, and we felt harassed. SaffronStays didn’t lift a finger to help! Their so-called customer care didn’t care at all.
Unsafe, Haunted Location: This place is so far from the main city and beaches that if something happens to you, NO ONE will hear you scream. It’s isolated, creepy, and straight out of a horror movie.
Pathetic Food Situation: Forget luxury—these guys tell you to order food SIX HOURS in advance! And then they bring it from their homes! Overpriced like a 5-star but tastes like something made in a village kitchen. Don’t even get me started on the swimming pool—it’s a useless prop, just for show.
Hidden Terms & Extortion: They don’t tell you upfront about the security deposit, and the booking process is shady with lots of undisclosed terms. Every step felt like punishment.
DO NOT GO. Especially if you’re a couple or family. It’s not just terrible—it’s DANGEROUS. Save your money, sanity, and safety—
