Terrible stay

It was nowhere near 5 star property. Especially the courtesy of staff at property, they are absolutely unwelcoming. After paying high tariff for a so called premium property we were terrified with unruly behaviour of staff, there were not at all accommodating. Even while asking for tea they started talking about food package and all. Also indoor activities inside property were not there...darts were all broken, swing is non-operative. Food is also below average. Lot of pests inside the villa like lizards, flies etc. I would strongly recommend people to skip this property and go for nearby premium properties like mullbery hills and jw marriot.
