Review Of SaffronStays | Aspen 3 BHK Villa

Well the stay was great but the Villa has a lot of flaws .. they gave only 5 towels at the beginning and we were 5 people . There are supposed to be pool towels and room towels are not kept in each rooms . Very disorganised . Secondly the floor downstairs the AC is not working . The whole night it didn’t work . The drawing room AC is leaking waters continuously . And lastly the pool was not atol well cleaned , there were black elements and hair strands and other stuffs that was not clean atol .. it was not hygienic .. You have a great Villa and saffron stays is known for luxurious villas but your maintenance has left a lot to be desired .. I hope my feedback helps you in organising such things .. it’s not managed well atol . With proper management you will attract far more customers .. and above all your care taker’s attitude was like the worst .. you should take action against these things ..

Complaint: We paid for the Aspen villa and there were so many issues in the house listed below: 1) Rusty/ Stalled kettle 2) AC leak in living area due to which my friend had got hurt 3) water leak from ceiling on living area’s table 4) flush tanks not working in all the 4 toilets 5) water leakage from jet spray in the common washroom 6) inspite of having generator, light was gone for good 4 hours . Ac and fan both stopped working as well

Dear Sir / Madam Greetings of the day. I recently visited your property and would like to share how night mare it was , I expected it to be better but so many things to tell . No cleanliness at all . Floor dirty mattress dirty . No dishes and glasses available No one available for service . After request we were asked to give extra charges for service . So much hidden charges . No doubt property is good but service and rest all is pathetic. Wud request you to take this into consideration.

No Water In Wash Room Swimming pool was not clean.

I am shocked that a property like SaffronStays is even listed on MakeMyTrip or any travel platform. We checked in around 2 PM to find the room unclean and poorly maintained. Later that night, we discovered that the terrace and kitchen doors were unlocked. When we raised this with the caretaker, Santosh, he casually told us to sleep with the doors unlocked because "it was already night." We were traveling with family, including a young child age 13 years, and this was completely unacceptable. Basic safety and security are the minimum expectation from any stay. We called MakeMyTrip for help, but they were of no use either—no solution, no support. This was not just disappointing, it was distressing. We felt unsafe and helpless. Such negligence is inexcusable, and both SaffronStays and MakeMyTrip need to be held accountable for putting families at risk.

Services were poor as well as the swimming pool area had a venomous snake at night. Not at all worth the money, worst of all!! Absolutely not recommend. When we told the staff about the snake they were not at all co operating.

The property was excellent and well maintained, had indoor and many board games and books. The caretaker was available at all times for help

Excellent stay.. lots of amenities available.. board games snooker table swimming pool book library. villa is very specious.. available parking for atleast 2 cars inside villa premises. more parking available outside villa

My stay was absolutely delightful. It was just the perfect relaxing getaway that my friends and I needed. The villa is so aesthetic with a such a prime location. Loved that the connectivity with the main city was convenient. Thanks for accommodating us.

the villa is very beautifully planned with a nice pool, however there's very little maintenance done. ACs don't work, hidden charges for everything that you use I was asked to pay 500 for using 5plates

Checkin was terrible. Mr ajay was most unhelpful and rude. Won't recommend at all. Experience isn't value for money spent.

Wow, what an incredible experience! our stay at staycation villas was truly unforgettable. The villa was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool and outdoor area were stunning, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location was prime, close to all the action but still peaceful and serene. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from lounging by the pool to exploring the surrounding area. The villa truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return and experience it all again! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give staycation villas 10 stars if we could! exceptional in every way"

The property is nice. However there is no provision for making food only tea and coffee. Also the utensils were smelly however on mentioning the same it was cleaned immediately. Also for extra beds only the mattress was kept with quilt without a bedsheet. Again on mentioning the same the same rectified. All in all while the bungalow was really cute. There needs to be improvement in service and at least hot breakfast should be provided

The villa was run down. The bedsheets and pillows had a stink, majority of the room lights weren’t working, the pool wasn’t clean, the caretaker was supposed to be at the villa till 10pm but made up excuses and left at 5:30, he wasn’t available at the villa, had to make multiple calls for him to attend us at the villa, the furniture was run down, in and all the villa wasn’t worth the price we paid.

Well maintained and built in a master space. Family seating is most attractive thing of the villa. The pool is so cleaned and maintained

Very terrible, AC does not work ,, fans does not work , no drinking water in the premise , care taker is very rude . Absolute compromising stay and very disappointing.... care taker lefts the premise in evening and we don't have keys to secure the premise and belonging to go out . Shatters with such an experience when all the amount is paid

Good property, poor service. Caretaker was very arrogant and was not helpful at all. Air conditioners were not working of 2 rooms

Bad points: 1) the ac's of any of the rooms were not working properly which is a must in this hot weather. When we reached, the living room & master bedroom ac were not working. & in the mid-night other ac's also stopped working. 2) there were mosquitos in the house. No arrangements of mosquito repellent. & the care taker was also off-duty at 7pm. So got no help from him also. 3) swimming pool had few flies & cockraches good points: 1) the house was very spacious. Other than the 3 bedrooms ot also had a play room & a tv room. 2) location is good. Its hardly 7-8mins from the main junction / market area
