Hotel management engaged my room to someone when i asked about booked room then reply please wait sometime i will arrange i have given your room for some time. I reached by 10. 30 pm as i informed while traveling. Another issue was the staff was non cooperative and poor in behaviour. I have left the room by 12. Pm as they insisted for checkout by 10. 30 several times. They are also not provided hotel bill for me despite of assurance that within one hour bill will be sent to you but so far i have not received the bill which i have paid in advance.
