it's was very nice hotel and well behaviour from staff and they give nice response to us . i recommend this hotel.... near places also good 😊

I arrived at the hotel around 2 PM, only to be told that I needed to write my details in their customer logbook. After that, they informed me that no room was available and asked me to return after 7 PM. When I questioned why I was being scammed in this way, the staff became angry and defensive. They accused me of calling them scammers and refused to allow me to stay. To make matters worse, they became agitated and even threatened to beat me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t file an immediate complaint through MakeMyTrip, so I was forced to leave. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious about booking here.
