The place is good. food was great. The location and river view from the window was amazing. But I have two issues. One, the bathroom is too small. Two, there's flies getting into the room through the gaps in the upvc windows at night.

Good stay but some room for improvement.

Good stay. Hygienic. Good food. Had one issue though, at night had flies and insects rush into the room through the gaps in the windows.

epic view of mahanadi river, great property, well maintained, good staff behavior. Food was delicious with the adjoining resturant. one should have dinner at the resturant to admire it's beauty.

Location is good,but the approach road is bad.The room given to us as garden view is actually the garden of nearby hotel.People are not professional.Overall my experience is average.

Sorry for the inconvenience sir. Hope to provide more upgraded service in your next stay. Sir we have mentioned the garden view room and guests should get the view, not the thing that the garden is in our premises or in beside hotel premises or in a govt. place. View matters and the true fact is garden view rooms are with garden view only and river view are with river view. Now that a river can't be in our private premises. So sir mentioning a complain should be sensible by guest side.

First of all the hotel location is very good. Secondly staff behaviour is very good. I really like this. The room is very neat and clean. Thirdly the food tastes very good. I really like this restaurant also.

My stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Sorry for the inconvenience sir. According to our data sir your booking was for 2 persons, you had two extra guests with you which also were allowed by us with id cards without any extra charges. But sir visitors are allowed for visiting not for staying . There are some rules which is strictly to be followed by property management side to abide by the local administration. And sir room make up is done during housekeeping hours that too when guest conveys it in the reception. It is not possible to re do a room during a single day stay, several times.

Sir as per our details your booking through MMT was for 3 adults & you wanted check in for 4 adults , that is not possible without check-in procedure & extra guest check in payment . If that is why you felt bad service or our staff are not skilled then we are sorry sir. Guest cooperation is also needed than only a hotel can provide good & skilled service. And sir you should mention the actual problem in review you felt not anything to misguide others.

Location is fine but staff behaviour is very bad. I am IIM Sambhalpur student and i booked the hotel for my parents so that i can visited them during day time and in night i come back to my hostel but the hotel manger did not allow me to visit to my parents in their room they asked for extra 800 rupees even for 5 min visit and the manager was very rude he kept saying talk to makemytrip we can’t help you. at last we left the room in just 5 hours despite of paying full day payment for a day. I request Makemytrip to remove such kind of hotels from the platform because the staff was kept saying to talk to makemytrip they don’t ready to take any responsibility. i booked room so such hotels are not safe and good for family stay.

Very sorry madam. Hotel authority cannot allow you to enter as guest without your id cards and extra guest payment. What you wanted is freebies. You wanted free entry that for some hours not 5 mins and that too without submitting you id card copies. So first of all its for guest safety that we cannot allow anyone and everyone to enter any room without proper check in. And if booking is through make my trip any problems or issues has to be discussed with mmt team , so that they can make you know the rules and regulations of a decent hotel. Hope an IIM student doesnt make such wants which is not practical. We have video footages of your impractical wants.
