Location of hotel is in heart of city. The hotel food is excellent and the staff is curtious.

Old building does not like five start as a stay they have 2 building it’s like a 3 star hotel it’s my opinion

The property has a nice and spacious club room, having all the required amenities. The food quality is also good.

The bed size was small. The room I booked was superior type, but the room was not to that standard.

Hotel is good, very good rooms and excellent staff but Ac in room need maintenance. But overall a good stay

Talking about RG Hotel, it is a very good hotel. I was welcomed very well. I liked it very much. I liked the way they talked to me after going inside. Every service was also very good. The room was very good. I liked it very much.

Bathroom flush are not that good but room and everything is good I like mostly breakfast Ac was also not very good

They did not let me in because I was a localite and I was not aware of the policy as I had stayed at this property for a couple of times in this year only. So sudden change in the policy was unexpected and they did not let me in at 1:00 AM.....

Front staff need more polished way of communication , Room services horrible, I ordered veg manchow soup it comes with crispy noodle spread called 2 time that they have not sent me , please send but they did not send but charged full money

Very pleasant stay, nice , spacious room and delicious food.

Everything was good. Just that I had a little muscle pain in the evening due to twisted foot and they did not have any first aid like a pain relaxant or a cramp bandage.

All facilities and staff behavior is very good. Food is costly and my bathroom shower place is dirty marks on floor
