AC was not working and no hot water

Worst ever. Worse than a cheap guest house. AC not working, Changed my room 3 times at 11 in the Night. No Water in the Bathroom. Soiled bathrooms Used water bottles lying in the room from previous check guests. What can be worse?

No 24 hour desk service hotel is closed at 11pm, no room service daily, no hot water for shower, staff does not speak english, had tuff time.

I stayed from 8th to 10th July, 2024 in this hotel. Bathroom geysers were not working thruout my stay. AC was also not working properly, with no cooling in it.

The matress was horrible no spring the room and toilets were not cleaned the bedsheets and bedcovers and other covers were dirty the towels were stained and smelling there were moulds allover in the toilet the bucket was full of mould, looked like railway public toliet bucket food choice for breakfast limited wifi net poor within the room second room changed bed little better rest all same though staff was cooperative, wish they could upkeep the rooms and toilets.

Bedsheet dirty, room almirah full of dirt, food unhygienic, staff non cooperative, give only one towel for a family, one rupee sache of shampoo, can't provide iron, luggage you have to yourself carry, no lift there how can you say that it is resort by charging rs. 4200 per day
