Very Disappointing Stay

Service and rooms are not up to the mark — definitely not worth the tariff. On the first day, the room lights kept flickering continuously. After complaining, they offered another room where the AC wasn’t working and there was no refrigerator. To make it worse, they asked me to change rooms again at 11:30 PM. It was a pathetic experience overall and a complete waste of money.

Garden was good, room were having pungent smell, we have to keep door open for some time to get rid of smell, at morning 4o clock we had planned go leave early , but they were not having hot water for bath, while asked reception they said they starts hotee after 5:30 am, bit costlier compared to serviced they offered , rest good!

To our pleasant surprise, the room was not only spacious - much larger than standard hotel rooms - but also came with a bathtub, which added to the comfort. The 24-hour hot water supply was consistent, and the room had a charming colonial vibe. Room service was prompt with minimal delays, making our stay even smoother. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff service was courteous and professional throughout. *Additional highlights:* * The property is vast, with multiple outdoor recreation zones including badminton, a pool area, and a wellness centre. * It’s centrally located, right near the Daman Ganga River. * If you book a balcony room, you get a beautiful view of the promenade, which is well-lit even during the night—perfect for a quiet evening. *Overall:* A pleasant stay with great value, spacious rooms, and a peaceful riverside location. Would definitely recommend, especially for families or couples looking for a quick, relaxing getaway.

Property is Huge. Cleanness is good. Greenery is good. Location is ok. But rooms are very much basic type and specially bathrooms which needed a major renovation as per current demand and to justify the cost. Food is quiet good and service too. Amenities are very few and required major revamp. Price is on higher side.

Room booking multiple rooms, with MMT has limited option we were 5 pax we got an option to book 1 Executive+1 Cozy room but these two rooms are in different buildings. we had to upgrade with additional charges for adjacent rooms. MMT should consider such issues in property. Stay was comfortable, Food was good, Service was good, But front office was a bad experience at the time of payment. Whatever was the reason it should have been conveyed next day. This experience was not very good in such a reputed Resort. The blame was put on the Captain which shows lack of teamwork. One person from Front office was rudely demanding that we have to pay as per the extra amount. Senior F&B manager was helpless and said you decide what to do, However no guest would like a junior employee to be penalized for such system failure The management should educate and train the team on such aspects.

We just enjoyed the Chinese Cuisine and Breakfast had a lot variety. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and GYM Facility. They should start their Sauna & Steam Bath Facility The Resort did not have much activity. With Justa swimming pool, gym and badminton lawn... No other activity... Was depressed to not able to use the steam and sauna bath...The show it on web site but it is closed...

A Relaxing Stay at Ras Resort, Silvassa My recent stay at Ras Resort in Silvassa was quite enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome stood out—being served a drink and water upon check-in was a nice touch. The hotel room itself was decent, offering a comfortable stay. However, what truly elevated the experience was the view from the balcony, overlooking the serene lake—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The resort’s surroundings were impressive, with lush greenery adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The availability of numerous indoor games and a well-maintained swimming pool provided great entertainment options, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and recreation. One aspect that could be improved was the dinner buffet. While the variety might have been satisfying for many, the lack of non-vegetarian options was a bit disappointing, especially considering the hefty charges. Including non-veg dishes would certainly enhance the dining experience for guests who prefer more diverse food choices. Overall, Ras Resort is a wonderful getaway, offering scenic views and a comfortable environment. With slight improvements in the dining options, it could be an even better experience!

The location is good. The rooms are small but manageable. Outdoor is good for walk and spending time. Breakfast is decent. There are activities like gym, swimming pool, badminton etc. Parking available. Staff is helpful.

The stay was pleasant, enjoyable. The food was excellent. Breakfast was yummy. A la carte menu and food was excellent but the quantity served was too much for two persons dining. I would suggest having half portions available to avoid food wastage. You may change 60% for half portions but it will avoid wastage of food.

familyThere is no denying the fact that ras resort is one of the best resort in silvassa. It is well planned and full of greenary. Property location is superb and close to main road. Nearly all the amenities are well thought of except game zone. Pool table and tt table are so close that you can't move freely. Services like front office, in room dining are good. I feel in room dining service can be improved by cutting down the delivery time. Swimming pool is just perfect and the breakfast area is also beautiful. Best part was the humbleness and sincerity of all the staff. Always ready to help.
