Pick up from airport in bus with wornout tyres resulting in tyre burst enroute. Much hype about sunset and white sands by moonlight, both of which were not worth the trouble. Average food. Grossly overpriced, not worth the money charged.

Location was good, food was excellent, trips organised were also good. However, there is a scope for improvement in housekeeping. Overall it is a good weekend trip.

Food was good, kids enjoyed a lot, the hospitality was very good. Facilities are well maintained except the water kettle was not working and pillow covers were not changed so were smelling. Will plan again surely.

The stay is average, yes the feel of staying in tents is good but the tent where we stayed, the AC was not working, we went in mid Feb, by time afternoons were really hot, the guys kept on coming and checking the AC A and telling us, "it will start working in few mins" but that never happened. They gave us normal fan, luckily somehow we survived. Then in later evening they changed the cottage which was then not needed because evening got pleasant. Food and other activities were good

We were excited to visit tent city, after reaching railway station in the morning we reach pickup location, they send us to tent city by bus. After reaching city they waited us 2 hours to allot the room where whole city was filled max 20% so they need to improve there allotment time, lunch was so pathetic no taste at all in any item but dinner was really good, president visit was scheduled so all next day tour cancelled. Not understood all this happened was what.

Property is best in Rann location. Food very hygienic and great spread. special mention that they have a very good Jain menu too. service offered is great. area of improvement would be to treat mosquitos at the property and provide access of internal auto service upto tents which is important for senior citizens.

An amazing experience. You just have to book thr tent city and rest all the things will be managed by them flawlessly. Right from the pick up at Bhuj railway station at 6.30 AM in the morning. They have a big tent setup at the railway station where you can wait comfortably and freshen up till the AC bus gets ready in an hour. Food was amazing in a big dining hall. The tour to white Rann in the evening was also managed and executed with true professional expertise. The entire tent city was very neat and clean. All in all a great experience.

familyIt was my 4th visit to white Rann but 1st stay at the tent city. Thanks to MakeMyTrip for giving good discounted stay price. the stay is superb and specially the hospitality by the tent city is overwhelming. Wish could stay for more time. will definitely be there next year

Non AC Swiss cottage (1 Night)

We stayed in Rann city for 1 Night. The cottage was good with all basic amenities. Bathrooms were quite clean. The only miss was the hot water kettle. About cultural evening, the musicians were preferably performing folk music only. I guess it all depends on who is performing during your stay. Staff was kind, food was really good but while you checkin there was no arrangement for breakfast. We reached via tent city bus around 10:30 am and tents were allotted at 1 pm. By the time you'll bathe and have lunch it would be 2 pm. Next day's checkout process is also a bit messed up. Make sure you get yourself free from breakfast and all stuff by 9 am to avoid luggage load and other hustles.

Stay at tent was very normal compared to charges. Ac was not effective. No mini fridge. Food was excellent. Morning tea was only once at 6 am. Actually if served twice it would be better

Many Good things with some ‘let downs’

coupleQuite expansive and detailings for a semi exotic stay in tents. However a let down was some staff who were not up to mark for High end /Semi luxury Hospitality. The common washrooms though very clean had broken jets which is unacceptable. The food arrangements were quite elaborate however the staff again was a let down as they could not manage the crowd to que up properly like was the case for getting on and off the buses and Camel carts. The management seems to have the correct idea but the execution part is where the team is a let down!
