we reached khajuraho in the evening. I got a call before checkin from property manager and I could confirm late checkin. we had dinner. They has areanged an auto. Auto driver also decent man. property near to temples. we used the services of same auto for sightseeing and paid auto for too and from railway station plus sight seeing. We went to Raneh falls at 7am and finished sightseeing of temples by 7pm. Had food in a good hotel, went to homestay to collect baggage. I agree with the early reviews and photos which made me choose property. clean, spacious, luxurious indeed. Got RO access and kettle access in kitchen. Hot water 24 hours.(on request) Great experience indeed. Thank Shiva Patilji and auto driver Rakeshji who were very kind and helpful. Rakeshji got curds, fruits. He gets what you want.

Rooms are newly renovated and good quality fittings are used, however a few fittings like night lamp, exhaust fan etc have provisions but not installed yet, mostly work on progress. Behavior of care takers was very good and they were very helpful. I felt proper ventilation especially in Non-AC rooms is necessary and could be planned by providing windows at the back side of the room. Location of the property is excellent, however approach road near the property was not constructed and it was difficult to drive due to rainy season.

Rani Homestay is a cozy place in a lap of nature still in the centre of Khajuraho city near the airport. Service is very good . Food quality is also good.

We recently stayed at Rani Home Stays in Khajuraho and it was a truly delightful experience. The Property is well maintained, clean and gives a very homely vibe. What really stood out was, the hospitality of the hosts. they were warm welcoming, and always ready to help. The home cooked food was especially delicious and felt like a treat after a long day of travel. The location is peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Also conveniently located near Khajuraho Temple. Overall this Homestay offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, clean and friendly place to stay

Great Hospitality and proper Cleanliness

Over all the experience is good. Room is ok and owner is very good. He listened every need and helped. It’s like complete homestay and you will get a room and ask owner in case you need anything. Location is very good and from the price point of view it offers you cheap accommodation.

The owners are friendly, and the wife is a good cook, and the proximity to important points in khajuraho is ideal. The homestay is a work in progress-they do not have enough staff so facility is not cleaned. Our room did not have a geyser and water would suddenly stop so we took to storing water in a bucket. The bathrooms need maintenance and cleaning also. There is a serious mosquito problem as kitchen waste water drains close to the main entrance-we were showing you tube videos on how to build a soak pit to the owner. There are termites in the woodwork which he is trying to fix. He expects guests to dine in the bedrooms but we suggested to him that he has to serve food on a table. Hopefully the family will implement all these suggestions.

Facilities were good taking care of basic requirements. For cheap and affordable homestay rani homestay offers us best.

Stayed for two days. We received excellent and personalised service. Also food quality is excellent.

I stayed here with my family. The property owner is amazing, and we feel like completely home here. They are very friendly and supportive. Food is also awesome.

Shri shiva patel is very decent, helping and kind heart-ed person. He helped us at every step of our trip. He arranged transport and guide. All the members of his team including family made our trip enjoyable. L wish him all the success and bright future.

Rooms are okay. Foods are home made so its healthy. Managers behaviour is very good and very helpful.

Good services, good food, good peoples must visit. 22km from bageswar gham but you can visit khujrahoo heritage places. Economic stay and home made foods are available here.

The place is neat and clean. Location is also very good. In summers it can be a bit hot but there are room coolers. For winters it is a very nice place. You can enjoy the raw beauty of a countryroad at this location.

It was good. Hotel staff was also good and polite. Location was nearest to all the tourist places. I have travel-led with my family and it was a good experience.

I am satisfied with this stay. Nice rooms clean bathroom and toilet and clean property. The location of the stay was excellent all temples were in walking distance from the stay. And i want to thank shiva for giving me a nice stay.

Property inside road but connected with public conveyance. Site visit facility available since property owner has taxi services as well. Also you can rent a bike.
