Review Of Rangrez Villa | 3 BHK Homestay

We stayed at this property as a family of six adults and two kids for three nights, and unfortunately, it was an extremely frustrating experience. While the building itself is somewhat run-down—a minor issue we could have ignored—the real problems came from the lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep. The house looked nice on the surface, but nearly every member of our family had concerns about the hygiene standards. Right from the start, we noticed issues in the kitchen. The countertop was sticky, the water kettle looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and there were barely any basic amenities. To make matters worse, the sugar container had bugs crawling inside, and the few milk sachets provided were expired. Repeated Issues with Cleaning: We asked the caretaker several times on our first day to send someone for proper cleaning. Though someone eventually came, they did a very half-hearted job, barely improving the situation. The balcony was still full of dust, one bathroom sink seemed to constantly attract insects, the cupboards were damp and grimy, and the extra bedding was damp and dusty—completely unfit to use. Adding to our frustration, the WiFi details were never shared with us, and even the plants around the property were dead, making it feel abandoned. By the end of our stay, my sister and I ended up scrubbing the kitchen ourselves just to make it bearable, and my father watered the plants before we left—tasks we shouldn’t have had to do on a vacation. Overall, this was a disappointing and inconvenient stay, especially given its distance from tourist areas. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free experience.

Nice rooms, ac, furnished kitchen, spacious room. Well behaved staff and administration. Recommended

The stay was very comfortable, location is safe. The apartment itself was well maintained, spacious and is a cosy cute spot. Mr. Dinkar (caretaker) was helpful with recommendations and handled the communications professionally. Only con: keeping the 3rd bedroom shut if pax is 1-4. This is unnecessary as the price listed (being paid) is for a 3bhk and all 3 bedrooms should be available to the client regardless of the total number of guests travelling. Reasoning can be anything which doesn't concern the owner. P. S. If you are above 4 guests (we were 5, please make sure to speak with the owner beforehand about opening/occupying the 3rd bedroom.

Wonderful property of the awesome owner. Each corner of the property is well maintained. Proper furniture and well equipped kitchen. We were two families with 3 members each. The stay was comfortable and i would love to stay at the same place if i visit jaipur again.

The place was very decent, clean and quiet. It is also located in a very good location with good parking space.

The property was decent however the staff behaviour could have been better had trouble checking in.

The property is a bit far off from the city but that was already mentioned in the details provided.The pictures are apt.we were provided early checking by n hour bt since the last guests had vacated late we were just allowed a single room till 2.30 which was 1.30 hours late than the usual checkin time …there was no toiletries..had to Call the caretaker repeatedly for this .there was cockroaches in the kitchen which was the worst part of the stay .pests lingering on your eatables and cutlery would be something that no guests would entertain.The floor otherwise was clean but the Main entrance to the property had cluttered garbage.when we enter the property that clutter was the first thing we saw …not pleasing to the eyes for sure. Rest the stay was good ..the caretaker was a call away .even the owner was prompt bt the place needs a bit of pest control.

Me and my 2 female friends visited there. Being a girl group we were nervous to live in new city but the our stay was all safe and clean and silence what we found the best as we went there for a break from hectic life. Must visit guys perfect for money and fun
