Booked hotel after 4 star rating . But my experience was below 3 star : - while checking, roomnofferd without window which was suffocating, while app description was showing Garde facing. after a lot deliberation, room got changed to slightly bigger one with window. - for 2 persons, complimentary 500 ml 2 pc water bottle was given. it is evident that 500 ml bottle for one persons is in sufficient. When asked for more water, I was told to purchase billers Vedica bottle of Rs 120. After a lot of discussion, one litre regular bottle given There was various issues with this hotel

Property’s location is good but the services were poor. Their staff is untrained and non-professional. Reception staff was non responsive. The rooms are good, comfortable and spacious, but its bathrooms were leaking. Food was okay but buffet was limited. Overall the stay was comfortable but not up to the mark of a 4 star category hotel.

Terrible Stay

Hotel was under major renovation. even entrance of our room was covered with old stuff . AC was a pain with horrible noise, hot water was a issue to list few challenges. The hotel should complete the renovation and then offer the rooms

familyproperty is located a little away from the hub of the town and there are no shops near the hotel. Rooms are very good, staff are very courteous and service is very good. Food quality and breakfast spread were also good but flies and food stained table cloth in the restaurant were major irritant. Overall, a good property particularly for the rates charged.

Staff were helpful and pleasant, but rooms lack basic amenities for this type if property, no in-house menu, no hair-dryer. Maintenance was poor, shower barely worked. Much better value properties to stay it, can't recommend.
