Feedback: I am very disappointed with the quality of service during my stay. The presentation by recitation was very bad. The room charges were high, but the service was extremely poor. For example, I was only given the key, and for the first time I faced many problems in finding my room. Nobody guided me, and I had to manage everything by myself. They provided only local water instead of branded bottled water. , yet they could not even provide a branded water bottle worth ₹20. This is unacceptable. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay and I will never recommend this place to others.

Hotel is good but could have been better if they at least provided complimentary water and toiletries. For a price of 2. 5k, it is the bare minimum. Otherwise it was okay. Food was okayish.

Excellent Stay

Stay was pleasant and the meal was good, staff was helpful as well. Location was in the midst of greenery, can't ask for more in the price.

Terrible Stay

In the peak of winter, the room did not have geyser in their bathroom. The expectation was for guests to bath and wash in ice cold waters. There was no drinking water in the room. When asked we were told that we would have to pay for it. We requested for buckets of hot water. They were provided but without mugs. The bedsheets were stained, as were the quilts. For the money they charged for an upper category room, the experience felt like the hotel was more a lodge than a hotel. Also, it shouldn't be allowed to call themselves good.
