Far from city, no food availability, tv is not working of first two days. Overall average.

Location was very bad, no transport available after 6 pm. It is nearly 2.5 kilometer from the main city and this distance is very large for small cities. No food or medicine shop was there within 2 kilometer.
Television was not working first, then they managed after the full daytime. You have to close your doors and windows after 5 pm otherwise small insects will come.

Hotel location was very remote from main city. Hotel service quality are average. Besides the hotel there is no proper quality restrurent are available. You should take Toto to connect main city for your basic needs like food etc.

Its a bad experience. I will never book any room through make my trip. I am surprise how make my trip such type of hotel in their list. One of the worst guest house in Santiniketan. No mirror in the bathroom basin. No point for charging Mobile phone if television is on. Simply say I never recommended any of my friend to book hotel in rabin kana Santiniketan

Room was very dirty, service was very poor, facilities was very bad. Location was very bad and long distance from main spot areas to move. Overall, a very bad experience with that particular guest house with Makemytrip. This was the most bad experience until now with Makemytrip I ever faced.
