Rooms are smelly and bathroom is not clean, flush is not working. Didn't expect such bad experience after charging a quality sum.

Room was not clean, there were flies on the wall and the floor. Food gets ordered from a restaurant nearby, but the food was not served in any vessels (no plates/bowels/spoons)

Ok for stay & not add break fast. Money waste ok for stay & not add break fast. Money waste. One day night stay ok

It just seemed like a lodge, and good for 1 night stay. Tv didn't work and no one seemed to be bothered. Receptionist made us wait for 15 minutes as no one was available in front desk when we reached. Ac was working good.

Service will be good and nice

Hello fellow, i had a chance to stay in this hotel because of my business tour, while my visit to penukonda i met mr. Dilip kumar, the manager of the hotel whose hospitality was astounding and helped me out to reach the bus stop and very supportive throughout my visit.

Rooms are spacious. Basic. Amenities are not there. Hospitality is very good. Wake up alarm with tea everyday, as per our instructions. Rooms cleaned on daily basis, but not well enough - tiles are stained and water leakages are there too. No wifi. Only half litre water is complimentary. No restaurant inside hotel. All items are procured from outside and served. Very basic hotel in a very cool town.

The restaurant was closed and we have to order the food from outside.

The cleanliness of the hotel is really poor. Especially the bathroom. If you stay with your family, i won’t recommend to book this if this is not very urgent. Even after saying the bathroom is not cleaned, they didn’t take any measure to clean it. Room was average in terms of space, facilities and cleanliness.
