The Homestay is a house in a mobile area. It’s not a property meant exclusively for travellers. It’s a house where the owner lives and sublets one room out of the same house. All of a sudden you feel like you are in a strangers house living with em. A/c doesn’t work. Last 150mtr to the house is full off bricks. Ensure you drive a high chassis vehicle. Else you have to park it in state highway and walk to property

Just to clarify a few points for future guests: • Our listing on MakeMyTrip clearly states that it is a room within a home, not a standalone guesthouse. We host travelers who appreciate a local, homely environment and clear communication helps align expectations. • The A/C was fully functional; the remote was placed just behind the bed. Since you had already checked in and we respect your privacy, I couldn’t enter the room to retrieve it. I did my best to help by turning it on via smartphone. After a power cut, yes, the A/C needs to be turned back on manually, which is quite common in many areas. • The road condition is also clearly mentioned in our listing. While the last stretch has some bricks, it is accessible if driven slowly and carefully. Many guests have reached the homestay in regular vehicles without issues. Great stay for solo travellers

Had a wonderful stay! the room was clean, and the hosts were incredibly helpful. Mr. Narasimha made sure all our needs were taken care of. The highlight of the stay was definitely the delicious home cooked food. If you’re a solo traveler looking for a homely stay rather than a conventional hotel experience, this is the perfect choice. A few things to note: the property is located in a developing area of anantapur, and the last 150 meters leading to it is a sandy track with no proper road. If your car is over 4 meters in length, it may not fit inside the property for parking you’ll have to park outside at your own risk. Also, vehicles with low ground clearance might get scratched by the grass along the path. The restroom might feel a bit cramped, especially if two people are staying so a minimalistic approach is recommended. That said, everything else was spot on great stay, amazing food, and lovely conversations with the hosts, whether you’re stopping for the night or planning a longer visit.

You were able to reach the property without issues, but due to personal concerns about the lack of street lighting on the approach road, you requested a same-day cancellation. As per our cancellation policy, same-day requests are chargeable, but we accommodated your request at a nominal cost. Unfortunately, this was not acceptable to you. Additionally, our listing clearly states that the last 100 meters to the property is bare soil and that the location is on the city outskirts.
