Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, well-located, and the staff were very friendly.Overall, a great experience. The only downside was that the no complimentory breakfast . Would definitely stay here again

Value for the money spent. Convenient location. Near to railway station &bus stand. Nice room with quality furniture & required facilities. I did only have a breakfast which was just good.

Overall experience is good. Wifi was not working, intercom was not working. They said they are repairing soon. Though staffs' behaviour are okay but most of them do not have even basic knowledge about their industry. Few do not even grasp what the guest is talking even in the mother tongue.

Interested. It's a very good hospitality and very clean and neat rooms. So i am really satisfied with the queen's. The staff and crew are very patient and very competitive. The hotel entrance is not looking good and i prefer to change the reception entry it must be changed to another side or otherwise please hide the bar entry in the main entrance.

Very nice experience with the hotel employees, especially the reception staff, they helped us to find nice tourist locations on wayanad. Room service also nice, ground staff also very coperative, they washed our car, allowed one hour late checkout. Overall experience was great.

Rooms and service are really good. But, ambience is lacking at the entrance. Bar at the entrance and on the top, with common entry with the guests, could be a deterrent for family guests.

A decent place to stay, comfortable and good service. Did receive hot water, not really required though as for the warm weather there
