The property is located in good location and near to temple and tourist places. Plenty food option are available nearby. The rooms /3bhk flat was neat and clean with AC available in all room . The kitchen all has necessary utensils to make things yourself . The caretaker was quick to provide things . Car parking was also available Overall nice experience.

Sir, as informed during the call made prior to your arrival, your early check-in request was for a weekend day, which is typically a high-demand period. To accommodate your early check-in, we had to block the room from the previous night, which could result in a loss of booking for us. However, we still charged you only ₹1,000 for an early check-in at 7:45 AM, which is effectively a 4-hour advance from the standard check-in time, not just 2 hours. Please note that we also asked you to check out by 11:00 AM, and you had agreed to the early check-in fee during the call. In fact, your original request was for a 6:00 AM check-in, and we adjusted the rate accordingly to accommodate your new check-in time. Also, we are already offering the best prices on MMT (MakeMyTrip), and the early check-in fee is minimal compared to the value we provide. That too Including Of water Bottles Sir ... And For the Tip for Houskeeping Cleaning Has Charges Not for the Total Amount
decent experience
It was a decent stay. The house help was available most of the time but the assistant was not always available. Also would be nice to have AC in the common area.

Excellent homestay in tirupati
This is the place where we can stay up to 9 members. The treble bedroom is fully furnished and it has cooking facilities in the kitchen like our home. Awesome facilities like ac, hot water, power back up, tv, wifi, dining hall with full furnished. I recommend that everyone book this homestay without any second thought in thirupathi

Good Stay
It’s not 90 Meters from Railway Station... it is approx 2.5 Kms... I have booked a 3BHK house for 9 members... Rooms were clean and Hygiene... My Family enjoyed the stay

Distance from railway station is 2.3 km
Good for a group of 6,7 people & most important thing it’s not near railway station it’s 2.3 km distance from station at new Balaji colony
