Rooms were not ready even though we checked in the 10 hours after our check in time. Washroom were not cleaned and pretty dirty, we could see they were not cleaned after the last guest checked out. Water was not available for almost 2 hours Rooms are dirty and whole experience is awful. Don't waste your money on properties like this

Our housekeeping and front office teams have undergone retraining to ensure every guest receives prompt and attentive service.
Additionally, we’ve improved our check-in coordination so that rooms are always ready well in advance.
