Disappointing experience at prakash bhawan home stay, ayodhya - we, a group of nine family members, recently stayed at prakash bhawan home stay in ayodhya on 30th march, which we had booked. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory and has left us deeply disappointed and concerned. The property is in a deplorable state, and the information provided by the host appears to be selective and misleading. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by stinking bathrooms, poor quality and smelly mattresses, and a lack of basic amenities such as drinking water, toiletries, towels, and soap. We had to fight with the staff to provide these essential items, which should have been readily available to guests. The property is situated just next to a huge open drain, emitting an extraordinary foul smell, and surrounded by numerous buffaloes and cows, adding to the unpleasant odors and attracting lakhs of mosquitoes, ensuring sleepless nights. To make matters worse, the basement of the property is used to keep pets like buffaloes and cows, further adding to the misery of the guests. The rooms lack ventilation and do not have wire mesh doors, making it impossible to open doors and windows without letting in mosquitoes and foul smells. Above all, the owner and staff of the property are in denial mode, arrogant, and lack basic etiquettes of the hospitality industry. In our opinion, this property is engaged in fraudulent practices by misleading devotees and guests.
