Good maintenance and good service

no cleaning, mostly time light off, dirty dressed staff. we could arrange better stay in less amount

It was okay to have stay with in ram temple, however facility needs to be upgraded w.r.to price. Tx Stay is near by ram temple, but the facilities are not at par w.r.to the payment done, it's only an bed with small toilet, not spacious enough to cater family

The property was good and clean but there was not hot water.... there was a geyser but not it was not working The people there were not bothered about anything they just said we can't do anything

Bathrooms are very bad and TV is also not working. Missing of foot pad/carpet etc. Staff members are looking dirty also

Toilets was not cleaned properly

staff behaviour is very good. but not able to access tv in the room, didn't got extra mattresses to sleep and toilet needs maintenance.

We booked rooms for 20 people for a one-day stay in Ayodhya, but when we arrived at the hotel, they claimed the rooms were already booked and that they had no space for us. They suggested we stay at an ashram located in a shady area. The ashram smelled like a stable, and the rooms were in terrible condition. They forced us to pay the same amount for those awful rooms. We had nowhere else to go at night, and they also misbehaved with us. Do not go there with your family.

Staff is amazing. house keeping excellent.

The hotel is average . Location - It is very inside and far away from Ram mandir . Food - They don’t serve food in the hotel. Amenities - it looks good but need to improve on hygienic , they don’t have intercom , so if you want to connect reception you have to come out of the room and go to reception which is on ground floor , they make you pay as deluxe AC room , but they don’t give you remote unless you pay extra and when you check at reception they say which is false, You need to ask for every thing like towel , water bottle etc else they don’t provide . Services - my personal experience is that the staff need to get more trained to interact with guest , they are very rough , harsh and little un co- operative , eg since AC was not allowed my fan was getting tripped , after complain , was expecting that they will tell me to change the room but they did not , infact the electrician is visiting to repair in mid of my sleep . So for other guest please call the hotel manger first and get all the clarity before you make the payment .
