Terrible Stay
This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with sister and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Gloomy ambience. Return my money. Even no water supply

Ma'am you had booked our deluxe rooms and I upgraded you to our luxury room as a kind gesture the rooms are the best rated on mmt in the city and you never complained to our staff regarding the water supply or anything for that matter. I am really sorry for not being able to provide more consideration than offering a luxury room for the price of a deluxe room But that was the best I could do. Regards Plaza Hotel
