It is a family run business. Do not expect luxury, but basics are covered. Hosts are friendly and responsive. They also provide homely food for a charge, which is really useful, as there are no good places to eat around. Location is also great

The rooms are like a box. We checked out in 1 hr. Couldn't stay in that room. At least the deluxe rooms are a bit spacious but the standard rooms are really like a box. No windows to see what's outside. If anyone just wants to sleep and leave the next morning the hotel is worth it. But if you think it can show you lavasa then a big disappointment. Waste of our money. I paid for a day, which is literally a waste. We ended up staying somewhere else paying less with a beautiful view and balcony.

Very near to christ university lavasa. Many shops are there. Perfect place to stay. The room is neat and the clean bathroom is also clean overall a good experience.

Tv and intercom was out of order, ac was also not working initially, only one man is there, no food, not even a cup of tea one can get.

No cleaning staff, very small room, no towel changing every day, dose not worth for even 1500. We stayed for 2 night but after giving key and 2 no towel, no one came till check out

Property is in the main lavasa market and near to christ university lavasa campus it is just a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the university campus

We stayed for just one night it was over price, but we had very less option. Since it was monsoon we didn't anticipated that it would rain so bad, the staff didn't have even an umbrella for us which was very irritating since we told him that we forgot our in our friends place but he just push our request aside.
