इनका व्यवहार बहुत ही ख़राब है। ओर AC डोरमेट्री लेने के बावजूद,ऐ सी नहीं चलातें है। ओर बोलते हैं रात को 10 बजें बाद चलायेंगे ओर हम लोग परेशान रहे। 12 लोगों के कमरे में केवल एक ऐ सी लगा रखी हैं। जो रात को भी कूल नहीं किया। हम लोग परेशान हो कर मैनेजर से बात किया तो भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई ओर कोई अच्छा व्यवहार नहीं किया। सुबह उठकर हमने दूसरी जगह , दूसरे होटल में कमरा लिया वो इनसे अच्छा ओर सुंदर व्यवस्था थी।

Property location nearest to vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat, connected directly via public transport. Dormitory is equipped with all amenities mentioned. Food quality is best👌

So so arrangement, but that was expected, worth for money, book by make my trip and not direct at dorm coz make my trip gives discount and overall payment is less at make my trip

I had a wonderful stay at this dormitory hotel, and what truly stood out to me was the exceptional behavior of the staff. From the moment I checked in, every team member I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were always available to answer questions, offer local tips, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. It's rare to find such consistently warm and respectful service, especially in budget accommodations. Their positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone looking for a stay where the staff truly cares about your comfort.

"Worst experience till now. The room was very congested, the blanket was in bad condition, and the sheets weren't washed. I observed something quite unusual - the AC timing was fixed, only working from 1-5 pm in the afternoon and 10 pm-7 am at night. This created a suffocating situation for 14 people in one room without AC during other times. There was no ventilation, and the AC didn't start outside the scheduled hours, which was particularly troublesome in the mornings. The toilet's jet wasn't working, and it wasn't properly maintained. The bathroom was also dirty, with damage to the roof. Both the washroom and toilet had a strong smell. Additionally, there was no common area to sit.

Best stay , security, and food . I booked dormitory beds and it was amazing experience with pearl courtyard and the best part is the breakfast .

Extremely poor management and coordination, as group of 6 female travellers we were assured of dorm stay at a only ladies room over the call but we were instead allotted beds with 10 other men even after the infamous Banaras rape case. In the end we had to adjust with sleeping on mattresses. Receptionist (basu dev) was extremely rude and un coorporative.
